How are my records packaged for shipping?
We take great pride in our packaging. All vinyl is shipped in heavy-duty, bespoke cardboard mailers with additional stiffeners to ensure your records arrive in pristine condition.
What is your return policy for faulty items?
If you receive a record that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement or a full refund including return shipping costs.
Do you offer international shipping?
